Why Max34Lab exists
Max34Lab is a space for turning ideas into visible, testable products. It allows me to demonstrate not only the finished interface, but also the thinking behind the product: the problem, process, requirements, trade-offs and validation.
What I bring
I combine structured business analysis with enough technical depth to work closely with designers and engineers, and to build functional proofs of concept myself. This includes process modelling, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, API thinking, testing and AI-assisted development.
What comes next
The lab will continue to grow with new case studies, prototypes and experiments. Each project will use the same repeatable structure so visitors can quickly understand the outcome and how it was achieved.
